　　主讲人简介：

　　Charles J. Russo, M.Div., J.D., Ed. D., is the Joseph Panzer Chair in Education in the School of Education and Health Services, Director of its Ph.D. Program, and Adjunct Professor in the School of Law at the University of Dayton. The 1998-99 President of the Education Law Association, and 2002 recipient of its McGhehey (Achievement) Award, he authored or co-authored more than 260 articles in peer-reviewed journals; authored, co-authored, edited, or co-edited 57 books, and more than 975 publications. Dr. Russo also speaks extensively on issues in Education Law in the United States and 26 other Nations.

　　（Charles J. Russo教授获神学硕士，法学博士，教育学博士，是教育和健康服务学院教育领域约瑟夫•潘泽尔教席获得者，担任博士生项目主管，并为代顿大学法学院的副教授。Charles J. Russo教授曾在1988至1989年担任美国教育法协会主席，并荣获该协会2002年度莫纪西（成就）奖，他在同行评议杂志上独著及与人合著260多篇文章；独著、合著、编辑了58本书以及975本出版物。）

　 　主持人简介： 余雅风，北京师范大学教育学部教授，博士生导师，中国教育学会教育政策与法律研究分会秘书长。主要研究领域：教育法学、未成年人法学、青少年发展与青少年政策。在《新华文摘》、《教育研究》等期刊上发文50余篇，著有重要出版物若干。
