Biography： Prof. Chun-Yen Chang currently serves as Taiwan Normal University Chair Professor and Director of Science Education Center. Dr. Chang earned his bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences from Taiwan Normal University, with his master's degree and following Ph.D. degree in science education from The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Chang’s major research interests include science education, e-Learning, science communication as well as interdisciplinary learning sciences. On February 10th, 2013, Dr. Chang's catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) study was privileged with a report by the New York Times Sunday Magazine, as well as in the news featured on Association of Psychological Science website. In 2013, Dr. Chang was presented the Academic Award, one of the highest honors given by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan.
